is a yoga teacher and fitness trainer originally from Morocco. She has trained in multiple yoga styles and is passionate about movement and living a healthy lifestyle. She teaches teach Vinyasa, Slow and Power flow. She loves to create classes that feel encouraging, inclusive and grounding.

This class helps to create space in the body using classical yoga postures and deep stretches. These sessions are designed to aid muscle recovery, reduce the risk of injury and enhance performance. Deep stretch is perfect as a complement to your regular yoga practice, sports routine or on days that you are feeling stiff or tight.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability.

With over 12 years of experience not only as yoga teacher, Larisa is also a recognized dancer and choreographer with credits spanning across the globe – from Australia, NYC, Europe, the Middle East and beyond.

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a series of postures in a logical sequence designed to open and strengthen the body. Each posture is an introduction to the next and joined together with the breath to create a rhythmic experience. Combined with some Vinyasas, this class creates warmth in the body and focuses on core strength.


Originally from Argentina, Agostina was a professional dancer from the young age of 5yrs old until the age of 21. Then she felt that there was something more beyond the physical body, and began to study Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. 3 years later and her life changed forever. She realized that the path of life is to be able to unify ourselves again as body, soul, spirit and to rediscover ourselves with the awareness of the present moment in everything that we do.

“That is why I love and enjoy teaching classes so much and having the opportunity to serve other people what yoga gives me is a gift. So I am eternally grateful with life.”
