Koenigsegg Regera

The Koenigsegg Regera is a hypercar produced by Swedish automotive manufacturer Koenigsegg. It was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The name Regera is a Swedish verb meaning “to reign” or “to rule.”
The Koenigsegg Regera combines a powerful twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors, two in the front and one in the rear. The total power output is 1,500 hp (1,119 kW) and 1,475 ft⋅lb (2,000 N⋅m) of torque.
The Koenigsegg Regera is fully street legal and has a top speed of over 250 mph (402 km/h). It can accelerate from 0–60 mph in 2.8 seconds and 0–124 mph (0–200 km/h) in 6.6 seconds.
The Regera is also the first Koenigsegg car to feature the company’s new Variable geometry turbochargers.
The Koenigsegg Regera is a limited production vehicle with only 80 units planned to be built. The first delivery was made in November 2015.
